We had an incredible experience uniting three generations for an immersive heritage research and archival workshop as part of the BritBangla Heritage Fest: Dhamail. This inspiring event was a collaboration with Idea Store and Tower Hamlets Local history and Archive, proudly supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
During the workshop, participants explored the rich history of the British Bangladeshi community, gaining valuable insights into local heritage. They also learned essential archival techniques, including the preservation of historic photographs, audio recordings, videos, and documents.
